If you happen to see a yellow warning in the Chrome Extension or in the platform like this one:

This means we’ve not been able to link the Selligence user to a Salesforce user.
The Fix
To fix this, go to the Account page and update the Salesforce email address to match the email address you use to log into Salesforce.
