Why Does Bullhorn Add contacts or Candidates to a different user?

When we integrate with Bullhorn its normally through a API user. When you are onboarded we use the email address provided to us to create your account to also try and find your Bullhorn user assuming your business email will be used for both. 


If your login email does not match the one you use to login to Bullhorn the records will default the "Consultant" In Bullhorn to the API user so we can still add the record(s)

The Fix

Please contact your CSM so we can update your email address used to login to the system.
