Why am I getting an O356 integration authentication error?

Overview 

Our O365 Mail integration requires that you use M365 as your email service. This is not an Outlook integration.

If you get an error when trying to integrate with O365 that details "invalid_scope" and looks a bit like this: 

You may not be using O365 as your email system. To check and be sure, you should talk to your system admin or check the setting in your email client (Outlook, Spark, etc) to see if it's an O365 account or something else.
