How to Setup The Bullhorn Integration

Integrate with Bullhorn CRM to easily manage your business operations and add company contacts and candidates to your Bullhorn database. Keep track of interactions, improve efficiency, and make informed decisions with all the information in one place. With Bullhorn's powerful features and capabilities, you'll be able to manage your business more effectively.

Things You'll Need To Get Started

  • Request a API User. You will need this user to make the connection between our system and your Bullhorn. You need a separate, dedicated user and not an existing users account to mitigate any issues arising if that individual leaves the business and the account is shut down.

Adding The Integration

Once you have your API Credentials from Bullhorn that should consist of:

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • API Username
  • API User Password

The Selligence Admin user will need to navigate to Manage Organisation -> Integrations to enter the details into the system to establish the connection.

1. Go to Selligence - Pre-Sales Intelligence to Optimise Your Activity

2. Click on the menu option in the top right corner of the screen

3. Click on Manage Organisation


5. Enter Client ID

6. Enter Client Secret

7. Enter on Bullhorn Username

8. Enter Bullhorn User Password

9. Click Save Bullhorn Credentials

Once the connection is established, a success message will show and all users in your organisation will be able to make use of the integration.
