There are couple of reasons why you may not be able to send emails. If neither of these apply to you, please submit a tech ticket by clicking on the pink "Help" button found on the platform.
1. Your email is not integrated. Please click on your initials (or picture if you changed it) in the top right corner, then click on account. Check under email integrations and see if there is an email integrated. If not, you can follow the instructions detailed in the Integrating my Email article.
2. Your session may have timed out. Please sign out and sign back in, then try emailing again.
