Adding an Email Signature

Email signatures can easily be added in to the platform so that any email sent will have your signature at the bottom.

       *If you have a cloud-based signature, your signature may not need to be added. You can send a test email to check before adding. For instructions, we have an FAQ here


How to add your signature


Click on the "Contact" tab on the left side of your screen.

Click on the "Templates & Signatures" tab.

Either create your signature there in the platform, or copy and paste your email signature from your email.

For the past few years several email providers have been working to reduce spam emails that make their way into their users inboxes. Several email providers have been increasing triggers that will cause an email to go into a spam folder. Recently, email signatures have been the target. Signatures with links, pictures that have links embedded, excess pictures, and attachments can often times cause an COLD outreach email to go into a spam folder.
