Why are my emails going to spam?

Modified on Wed, 22 Feb 2023 at 09:53 PM

For the past few years several email providers have been working to reduce spam emails that make their way into their users inboxes. Several email providers have been increasing triggers that will cause an email to go into a spam folder. These spam filters are targeting cold outreach emails, since you are reaching out to these individuals for the first time, it would be best to limit things like links, pictures, and large attachments.

Recently, email signatures have been the target. Signatures with links, pictures that have links embedded, excess pictures, and attachments can often times cause an COLD outreach email to go into a spam folder.

Please review the article below for more information on how to avoid having your emails go into a spam folder.
