How does the credit system work?

We want to make sure you get the most out of your credits each month. That's why we've got a simple 'use it or lose it' policy.

Here's how it works: Let's say you have 250 credits per month. The goal is to enjoy all those credits before the month ends, as they'll be refreshed back to 250 on the first of the following month and the unused credits won't be transferred for the next month. 

If you ever need more credits, no worries! You have a couple of options. You can reach out to your friendly account manager for assistance, or you can create a ticket by clicking on the Help button. We're here to make things easy for you!
